Team offers the latest in piping integrity testing with GUL Wavemaker® Long-Range Guided Ultrasonics. These highly accurate systems use low frequency guided sound waves to detect corrosion and erosion in pipelines and process piping. Unlike other systems, GUL Wavemaker is ideal for difficult-to-access locations, including sleeved road crossings, wall penetrations, pipe racks and pipe under insulation.
Using this advanced technology, Team can test pipe lengths up to 260 feet (in each direction) from a single point depending on pipe condition, type and configuration. Pipe from 2 to 36 inches in diameter can be tested with the same portable system. The system examines the internal and external surfaces of the full circumference of the pipe. GUL is an excellent tool to identify corrosion, erosion and other discontinuities. |
